This application is designed to work on your private WiFi network. This application will connect directly to the relay as documented. Due to a number of different network configurations, we cannot assist in getting connected to a relay not on your curent WiFi network, or where security is preventing you from the connection.
Consult the support document. On the last page of that document, basic setup instructions are found. However, if there are more questions to get your relay configured look to the manuals.
